Can I use only the forwarding service, without your trucks?
Of course. Plenty of clients have their own carrier or fleet and hand us only customs and documentation. The two services are entirely separate.
How long does clearance take?
With complete documents, export clearance usually finishes the same day and import clearance within one business day. Delays almost always come from missing paperwork, which is why we check it up front.
What if the goods need special permits?
For goods under a special regime — sanitary, phytosanitary or veterinary control, dual use — we verify the requirements before loading and obtain the necessary permits.
How is your service charged?
The forwarding fee is charged per shipment and depends on the procedure and the number of items in the declaration. Every line is visible in the quote before you confirm.
